HR Internship Pune

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases, generating reports, and analyzing HR metrics to support decision-making.

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
