Job Description

we are seeking a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
    Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Implement and oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
    Segment and target email campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize strategies for better results.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets for different campaigns based on performance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and campaign management.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Experience: 1.5 years-2.5 years
