As a Business Development Executive for our digital agency, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and promote our services to potential clients.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted outreach.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the management team to define sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open for fresh graduates with sales experience gained through internship but candidates with 1-2 years of Sales and/or Business Development experience and a strong understanding of Sales Pipeline Management will be prioritized.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant experience of 1yr in Sales.
